Welcome to BAHAW Studio. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms.

Products & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP).
  • Products are made-to-order through our production partner, Printful.
  • Product photos are representative. Actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and production variations.
  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.

Orders & Payment

  • Orders are placed through our website and payment is made via GCash.
  • After placing your order, you will receive GCash payment instructions.
  • Orders are only processed after payment is confirmed.
  • Please send your GCash payment screenshot to r.reafil2@gmail.com with your order reference number.
  • If payment is not received within 48 hours, the order may be cancelled.

Shipping

  • Flat rate shipping: P150 within the Philippines.
  • Free shipping on orders above P3,000.
  • Products are made to order. Estimated production time is 2-5 business days.
  • Delivery time within the Philippines is approximately 5-12 business days after production.
  • International shipping is available through our Etsy shop.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Because products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund for verified defects at no extra cost.

Privacy Policy

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

Information We Collect

  • Order information: name, email, phone, shipping address — collected when you place an order.
  • Contact form submissions: name, email, and message content.
  • Cart data: stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and is not sent to our servers until you place an order.

  • To process and fulfill your orders.
  • To communicate with you about your orders.
  • To respond to your inquiries.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Security

Order information is transmitted via Web3Forms (encrypted) and stored in our email. We take reasonable measures to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security over the internet.
